We have GL, WC, and Auto through San Marcos Insurance Agency, but their service doesn't end there. Lindsey has bent over backwards for us to make sure we run MVR's on potential new drivers, to shop prices when policies are set to expire, and even more critical items than that. For example, our commercial clients and our industry (emergency services / remediation) niche have very specific coverage requirements (some of them very challenging to fulfill). Lindsey is able to review and navigate those requirements, find providers for rare coverages, negotiate, and even fire carriers that can't provide the right responsiveness to our often demanding timing. Lindsey and SMIA have been a critical partner for this growing small business, and we owe a relevant measure of our success to them.
