I have had such a great experience so far, I was hesitant due to location not close by property but they are familiar with HUD homes do these all the time and offer mobile notaries! If you're looking for a place where you can talk to a real person who clearly has a smile on their face when they talk to you, super kind and will answer your silly homebuyer or seller questions. Look no further...I have not felt like I asked a "dumb" question yet. Their welcome etiquette and attention to detail and service is the best so far! Looking forward to a smooth fast close. This is my 3rd home purchase in San Antonio and by far the best title experience I have had so far. The atmosphere and environment of VIP Title was pleasant and welcoming. Denise was amazing! She is very detailed and thorough. I understood every document I signed thanks to her amazing explanations. I just went in to this office to ask for the restroom. I’m not sure who I spoke to but they were rude in my opinion. I stated that my father was in an appointment somewhere in the building and that I read their sign(it said to locate the office and ask them for the bathroom code) I tried to locate the office my father was in but the name wasn’t coming up. That’s when I proceeded to enter this office, I kindly and respectfully explained my situation and the lady told me ask me “well what’s the suite number?” I told her I believed it was 302 and she said “ then you need to go to the 3rd floor” She had a bad attitude when all she had to do was let me use the bathroom on the first floor. I just assume the bathroom belongs to her and maybe I must have looked like a homeless Hispanic woman with my t shirt and leggings on. Like I said I’m not sure who she is, and I honestly don’t know the company personally but I don’t recommend going to her for anything. Hopefully she can take customer service classes or just some kind of empathy class and this can be fixed! Thanks
