I ‏am not surprised by the number of negative reviews for this company. I also had a terrible experience with them. These people can be called a fraudulent company as well. They did not compensate me with the amount due when I had an accident with my car. I have assigned this company to represent me when I had the accident. The remaining amount to close my car loan was $29,750, and the other in-fault driver insurance company issued a check for $30,452. This company scammed me and took the remaining amount. Every time I try to contact them via email, they respond (if they respond at all) after a week or two. I do not recommend dealing with them at all. Due to my horrible experience, I canceled my insurance policy with them as I did not feel safe.

Used Del Follis for the past 4-5ish years for homeowners and car insurance. Our rates started to climb over the past two years tremendously, even though we had no claims (I understand inflation that my car insurance going up over $100 with no claims is ridiculous). After calling and leaving voicemails for him multiple times to discuss this and even reaching out through email with no return call or email I seek insurance through a different company. Since I couldn’t get a hold of him through phone, I sent him an email letting him know that I did not want my policy to renew and he never responded. No surprise at all. My bank account got drafted for the beginning of the renewed policy and I had to reach out to customer service because once again his office would not pick up the phone. The lady (Cindy Schimschat) that I talk to in customer service was very delightful and very understanding of my situation and why I was so annoyed by it. She’s the real MVP and got my policy canceled and sent me a check for the reimbursement. She is the only reason that this post got two stars instead of one.

Service is pretty bad. Acting like they are the only insurers available. Need to follow up and remind them if you want something done. Might not be all off the workers, I might be unlucky to be working with the ones I am complaining about. I should use this time and energy to find alternative cover.
