Update 12/22 A few weeks after my experience with Penny. Guess what? I did purchase this property from my sister, who also leases back from me. Security Service out of San Antonio provided the service i needed. Ssfu had no problem with the relationship aspect. If my bank and my sister's bank had no issues, that was good enough for SSFU. I also live here now but will keep my Title co. needs and services in Austin and San Antonio I standby my initial review for Longhorn Title. If i could give zero stars because of how i was treated, I still would. I would give zero stars if that was an option I was making an inquiry regarding the purchase of a family members property, and we are in need of a Title company service. I chose this company due the reviews and location. I was immediately made to feel as though I was in the process of trying to commit fraud. I was told by Penny that this is a transaction that we frown up on, too too many red flags, and the underwriters won't go for this. This individual (Penny) doesn't know me from anyone else, and it may be their practice to be blunt, unprofessional, and overly aggressive, which is deterring new business. Like I said, she doesn't know me from anyone else, and she just costs her company some future business. with assumptions. This is a small town and small-minded Georgetown Texas. Some things just never change. I'm keeping my business in Northwest Austin. Ms. Jefferson
