I have read the two most recent negative reviews and they can’t be FURTHER from the truth. You can contact Tatum insurance anytime and they answer. I’ve had them for YEARS. They don’t ignore you or hide from you. False false false. Also, when you take out any insurance policies, it is YOUR responsibility to go over all of the coverages and go through the fine print of what it covers. That is not someone else’s job. They simply guide you through the process. They don’t know exactly what you need! Only YOU know that! Now, with that being said, we signed up for Clearcover insurance two years ago, and here is my experience! I totaled my car on April 23, 2024. We were insured through Clearcover that Tatum Insurance Agency signed us up for 2 years ago. Clearcover is amazing car insurance!!! You can go on the app at anytime and adjust coverages that you may need as you go along. Because of Tatum insurance, all the stress and anxiety of having a vehicle accident was eased with Clearcover. I highly recommend contacting Tatum Insurance and let them get you signed up with Clearcover car insurance! You won’t regret it. It’s been one week since the accident and Clearcover already paid out for my car that was totaled. Mr. Tatum even called me personally today to check in with me about the accident. Do yourself a favor and don’t listen to other’s negative reviews. Go with Tatum Insurance Agency!
