Terrible Insurance Company that does not disclose all the details about the policy. We canceled our Builder's Risk policy after only 2 months and they will not refund our (10 months unused) premium and are keeping 12 months worth of premium for 2 months of coverage with zero claims! Total scammers.

Gap insurance was a total scam, they refused to pay off the remaining balance on my vehicle because in the fine print it says the claim is void of the insurance company makes any adjustments on wear and tear. The vehicle was totalled. I now owe over 1100 on a vehicle that is in the junk yard and the insurance company said they've never heard of this. They took my money and robbed me. The whole point of gap insurance is for the company to pay the remaining balance on the loan, right or wrong? They found a way out if even doing that. Don't buy gap insurance through this company.

Yikes. I bought their top end GAP Coverage and we are going on 3 months since my car was totaled and they continue to drop the ball. Their people told me they had all they needed to pay the claim, but they didn’t, so instead of call me to say they messed up, I had to call them 2 weeks later to see what the hold up was. Candy Howard, the manager told me she would call over and make things right with PenFed, the bank that was the loan provider for the car, and that she would do it on Monday, 3 days after our call. She didn’t. I called another 2 weeks later to see how the call went and she ended up making the call later that day before she called me back. Now I’m getting threatening calls from the bank wanting their money and all Candy and her incompetent team can tell me is “well we paid it on 4/12 and it can take up to 2 weeks to process. Avoid this company.
