If you value unethical, illegal, conflict of interest in an Escrow Officers. Please contact Vicki or Diane at Stroman Title. I find it interesting that the attorney actually manages the Escrow Officers and her daughter is manager of the HR department . They have lied on a government HUD one document. Not following the lenders instructions. Notarized a party to this transaction knowing that she was on a high dose of narcotics. As a notary that is illegal. I hope they all sleep warm and stay dry this winter. Due to their negligence my house is now flooded four times, telling my insurance company there was a roof certification, there isn't one.. . When I called and asked about the funds that were supposedly held to fix my roof. The escrow officer simply stated she didn't receive that addendum, so no funds were held back. I wired my proceeds from a sale directly to Stoman Title. Escrow Officer put a name down of Eloise Delgado??? Would love to know who that is?? Thank you for messing up my taxes! and ruining my home! You should all be very ashamed of yourselves. I hope y'all get a great night's sleep every time it rains. While I'm forced to listen to my roof leaking, my insurance company won't even cover the damage, due to the fact that both realtor and Title Company stated I had a roof certification.... I'm screwed. I know that I didn't order my own evidence of homeowners insurance with the Loss payee clause required by the lender.

So these folks took $2,000 that I had paid in Ernest money for certain improvements to the property and paid it to my mortgage. This forced me to come up with another $2,000 to pay a roofer. These people don't have the common decency to call my and apologize for THEIR mistake. It was sloppy work. I was rushed through the paperwork. This is the second house I've bought in San Angelo. Had a much better experience over in Twowig. You have choice in who your title company is.
