Every time I call to try to make a payment I get referred to their online website. If I wanted to make a payment online I wouldn't be calling. Zamora is very rude. She said she was very busy. Doesn't take more than 5 minutes to process a payment. I had to call a different location to get assistance. Had been calling the Pflugerville location for two days to make a payment. She took 5 minutes out of her busy schedule to text my policy information so she wouldn't have to help me. Told me to go online. The policy expires on Tuesday but this location could give two shits.
