Very disappointed with the service, been waiting more than 50 min to open. My insurance ended up getting canceled because someone at the office quit and apparently no one had the time to call me back about my payment and the insurance was already paid and they can’t give a me a solution. I called multiple times and never received a call back. I even went into the office in person, and they kept telling me the same thing every time — that they would call me back — but they never did. Now it’s been four days and I still haven’t heard from anyone. On top of that, they’re not even open at the times they say they will be. It’s extremely frustrating when something as important as insurance is handled this poorly. I expected better communication and responsibility from this office.
