Used to be good. Now their billing and claims fulfillment practices are unacceptable. I will be changing my insurance very soon. I asked for insurance to be cancelled as of July after I moved. Still got billed. Called again last week. Still got billed again this week. What do I have to do to cancel a policy? This is unfortunate because I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years.
