I unfortunately did not read the reviews on this place before completing my insurance with them. This agency is very unprofessional, please do yourself a favour and stay away! I have contacted them 3 times about a payment coming out of my account after I already made my payment in full and I was told that I only needed to have an account on file to get a discount but somehow I have a payment coming out of my account. Mortgage company also stated that they have no proof of our insurance on file. Everything has been a disaster since we signed up via this company.

My experience with this agency has been nothing but unprofessional. No returned calls, ignored emails and misinformation. They could care less to help with my insurance issue. Initially Alex was communicative, or appeared to be; but then ghosted me; I have left voicemails, and sent emails trying to finalize the issue and was trusting them to give guidance on what to do next, but it has been going on to 2 weeks without any call back or email. I definitely will look out and ensure that I never give them my business ever again.
