I hope you never have to file a claim with this company! One of their insured drivers struck my vehicle and I have spent hours on the hold, leaving unanswered messages with adjusters, spoken several uninterested and down-right rude agents in the claims department and in the general customer service department to resolve a simple issue. Had any of the individuals I spoke with from day one taken the time to listen or research my file instead of trying to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible or transfer me to another person or department, this could have been handled quickly and efficiently. I felt like everyone I spoke with was on their way to their break or lunch. They could literally care less if my claim was handled properly or not. This company is customer service...at its worst!

Horrible customer service. Their client hit my car and stated it was their fault and the liability adjuster Cristina Lozano has not helped at all, been super disrespectful, and is making it difficult to settle this issue. Hopefully nobody else gets her as liability adjuster because she is TERRIBLE even when trying to talk nicely and settle everything the right way.
