I had a somewhat unique business risk. Pam spent a lot of time understanding my business and asked lots of questions. She worked the markets to get me covered in standard lines (saving me lots of money), then worked with the carrier to get clarity on a couple really important technicalities. In the end, she got the underwriter to agree to our position and I got a deal that was about 50% the cost of another local broker quote who spent no time understanding my business/risk profile and just threw me to expensive surplus lines. Pam is a complete professional who cares about her clients - something I don't see often enough these days.
