I used Guest insurance several years ago and the service was great. However, Jeff is an idiot or just lazy. I’m not sure which. I called three days ago because my insurance was gonna run out in two days and he confirmed that I was in the system. He confirmed my address. I just had to send him my VIN I did and he waited till the very end of the day, send that he needed information that I had confirmed the previous day. Since my insurance was canceling at midnight, I called as soon as I got off work at 4:30 and was told that Jeff was out and I didn’t get the guys name but it was not Rick. I think his name is Tim and he said he would call me back. Then 5 o’clock rolls around and no callback. I call at 5:01. It’s the answering machine so I’m screwed. Tim and Jeff are lazy jerks!
