We had our closing at Graystone Title with our agent. It was supposed to be a momentous and happy moment to be closing my son's new home. But instead, it was miserable and felt rushed by agent, Kristen. Nothing was explained of the documents that we were signing. At the end, not even a congratulatory from her. No instructions were told to us to wait. After we left, I got a call from her to return to the office to get the bonded copy of the paperwork. Will not recommend this title company to anyone.

Kate and Cindy were very amazing to work with, both were very professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Due to our closing taking place on a Friday I called and asked to change our closing time from 1 PM to 10 AM, Kate drop what she had going on and squeeze us in early to accommodate us. Kate made the closing process easy to understand and Fun. I would highly recommend Greystone title.
