I would love to thank Dailen and all the group at Genco. Honestly I have had Genco for a while now this is my third auto loan with them. But it was different this time. I actually only started talking to Dailen about a credit card at GENCO which he helped me with and explained which was the best choice for me. From there a simple conversation about me wanting to trade in a truck turned into him giving me information about the promotion on interest rates for car loans. I ended up looking for a truck and when I finally found the vehicle I wanted Dailen went above and beyond to make sure I got the best fair deal possible. He made sure I got a good deal for my trade and got the best deal on my new truck. Honestly without him I wouldn’t have had such a smooth transaction. I loved working with him so tmuch I ended up closing my account at members choice and transferring all my accounts to Genco. I will most definitely be referring all my friends and family to Dailen because I know he will take care of the same way he took care of me.
