My wife unfortunately made the mistake of working with this immigration bond company. Our experience has been extremely negative. The company engages in harassment and intimidation tactics if payments are not made on time, including threats that we believe are highly inappropriate and possibly unlawful. Even more concerning is the interest structure they impose. We were charged interest on a bond that had already been paid, and the company claims that this interest renews annually. This practice seems predatory and deceptive, and I believe it may be a direct violation of our state’s consumer protection laws. Their fees are not only excessive but also poorly explained and potentially illegal. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research, read every document carefully, and consult an attorney before signing anything. In my opinion, this company prioritizes profit over people, and I am currently reviewing legal options to hold them accountable for what appears to be unethical and possibly fraudulent practices.

They are scammers, they lied .. we paid the bond and all the interest for 10 years and then they call that they were going to give a check and meet my uncle and they wanted to take him to immigration for removal. They want to get rid of people after everything it’s closed or ended. I don’t know what it’s their point doing that. Find another company my uncle went to immigration office cause he was afraid and was detained there so he’s going to El Salvador. All cause of being afraid of putting in another situation to the co-signer
