The lady Cristal briones is a horrible assistant manager she said an has no good customer service please do not shop at this company or the address Yalll I came to this place for insurance payed 150$ for insurance but I didn’t understand I was paying for a certain type of insurance that didn’t protect me also yes I’m a first time buyer and my first time getting insurance worst insurance place ever I canceled my policy on feb 12th it’s march the 5th I was told my check was going to to be sent out two weeks after feb 12th I still haven’t received my check a young lady that was very disrespectful didn’t offer me no help go by the name Krystal she told me she was the assistant manager I was told from her my check will arrive on Friday the 13th I said what if I didn’t get it that day because you guys lied to me she said we will cancel the check n send out a new one I told her so ur pushing my refund back even further she said yes this is very sad n unprofessional to be waiting on my money on something that I’m no longer using with you guys I will be reaching out to my personal lawyer n will be filing a civil law claim unacceptable!

I was hit by a driver insured through this company, and the experience since then has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve called multiple times, left repeated voicemails. My car was the victim in this accident, I was told to call them, which I did—four separate times—with no acknowledgment or callback. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating insurance experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to beware.

Fred Loya Insurance is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a disgrace — rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a careless company. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Marquice Hernandez was one of the worst — completely dismissive and condescending No empathy, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and left out to dry when it matters most, Fred Loya is the one for you. Otherwise, RUN the other direction.
