It's too bad you own a company that's a total scam (American General Life Insurance Company). I am trying to get information on my mom's policy, but I can't get them to answer any questions without giving them my mailing address so that they can send me a "$100 voucher". I do not want a voucher. I want to know if my mom's policy is still valid. It screams scam. Beware of this company, they do not seem legitimate.

These fools are absolute scam artists. I've been working on a small, $345 claim for a broken window for over a month now. They continuously request for new documentation every time I send them what they need... most of which was NOT requested on the initial claim form. First they needed receipts, then it was itemized receipts, then it was a repair estimate, then it was a repair estimate from the body shop - not even from the car rental agency. So now they want me to get in touch with someone I didnt even do business with. Car rental company charged me $345 to replace the window - IDGAF what the body shop charged the car rental company... I bought insurance against damage and had to pay $345 so that's what I expect to receive from AIG / Aon periodt. It's clear that they don't want to pay out and that they're doing *everything* they can do to make it as difficult as possible so that people just give up but I aint gonna play it like that.
