Drive thru was very rude. We were in line at the drive thru for 40+ minutes just for us to get to the window and the girl to tell us she won’t be attending us Because they are closed we got there at 12:50pm we got to the window at 1:45pm.. yet the other lines were still getting helped. She said the car infront of mine was the last one. And I asked her why didn’t anyone come out and let us know we wouldn’t be getting help and that the car infront us was the last one so we wouldn’t waste our time. She couldn’t give us an answer. I asked if she could just do the deposit we were waiting in line nearly the hour and she just said no because she had to clean her area. Keep in mind my car was the last car in commercial line and we weren’t gonna do a complicated transaction it was a simple deposit... and the other lines were still getting helped.. I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to us. She was just very rude and inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with bank fees and customer service at another location and Mr. Barrios was very helpful and courteous. By simply taking the time to listen and maybe trying to address the issue, is sometimes enough to keep loyal customers. He was able to address my issue. Thanks too Mr. Nathaniel Barrios and his branch employees. Great Job!

I have been banking with this bank since I was in high school. They always have good customer service. However, I no longer reside in Laredo. It would be convenient if a bank open in Austin, Texas. The closest bank is Buda, Texas which is still far away.
