My mom and I have been here over 10 years, since Kelly left, their service has slowly gone down. They mis-interpreted an email request for “monthly” premium rates on two vehicles I was looking to purchase, just shopping around and comparing. Instead of rates, sent me a cancellation of my current coverage, then annual premium increase on only one of the two. Instead of admitting their mistake, Deanna sent multiple communications, first one being I could move to another agency since I was dissatisfied with their service. I’m happy now shopping other agencies. She had the audacity to tell me it was common sense to do the math on my monthly rate for each prospective car. Like I knew off the top of my head the cost of each of my other two vehicles. We do not pay our cars annually.
