I do not recommend working with Coverage 2 Care.
My experience with trying to part ways with this company as an agent has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Two of my clients who had previously worked with Kimberly
were misled into thinking their health plans were expiring when that was not the case. Their plans were changed without their full understanding, and I was removed as the agent on record. This not only undermined my professional relationship with them but damaged the trust I had built.
After this incident, I decided that I could not in good conscience continue building my Medicare business with Coverage 2 Care. Unfortunately, my attempts to leave the organization have been ignored and dismissed. It’s disheartening that I wasn’t allowed to move on professionally and respectfully.
If you value ethical practices and professional integrity, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere
***Update in Response to Coverage 2 Care Reply***
Thank you for your response, but I must respectfully clarify a few things for the record:
Client Reassignment without notification : Two of my Medicare clients a husband and wife whom I know personally were contacted and brought into your office. Their daughter, who manages much of their care, informed me they were told their plans were expiring and needed to be changed. That was false.. Their plans were active and did not require changes. As a result, their coverage was switched, and I was removed as the agent on record without any communication. This directly contradicts your claim that your agency does not take clients from agents. It also caused unnecessary confusion and damaged the trust I had built with them. Suggesting that I should have reached out after the fact ignores the root issue: a lack of integrity in how the situation was handled internally.
Delayed Release: My release was requested on May 30th, and regardless of personal travel, there should have been a process in place to handle agent transitions in a timely manner. Having to wait over a month, and follow up repeatedly with no response from you is not the standard of professionalism I desire from an agency.
Accountability and Communication: In your response, you acknowledged that my release request was approved, thank you for finally informing me of that here, via a Google review. However, I emailed you multiple times over the course of nearly two months with no response. Your public reply confirms that you received my request but chose not to respond until I left a negative review.
For the record, I still have not received written confirmation of my release, which is required in order for me to move forward with my new agency.
Certifications: You mentioned that I did not complete my 2024 certifications to sell 2025 plans which is true, and completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. I made a conscious decision not to certify because I had already decided to transition away from your agency. That choice had nothing to do with neglect or needing support, it was a clear signal that I no longer wished to continue under your hierarchy. My intention was to leave quietly and professionally, not to be gaslighted after the fact.
Professional Integrity: While I understand I am a 1099 part-time agent, that should never justify unethical conduct or lack of accountability. Whether full-time or part-time, every agent deserves transparency and respect. As for the statement that you “can’t operate my business for me,” I never asked you to. What I needed was timely communication, ethical handling of client records, and a professional release process. That didn’t happen.
I stand by my original review. Professionalism should include allowing agents to leave without resistance or misrepresentation. It’s disappointing that after nearly two months without a response, it took a public review for you to finally address my concerns.
I wish you well moving forward and hope future agents are treated with more professionalism and respect than I received.

Daniel listened to my needs wants and answered my questions in a way that I could understand. If I didn't understand something then he took the time to try and get me to understand what he was saying. I got good quality insurance for a good price. Daniel was very professional and down home friendly. Since the time that I bought my Insurance I have called or Email him and have gotten the answers that I needed.
